“Mrs. Mofoluke Dosumu is a seasoned professional with over thirty-four (34) years’ work experience in the Banking industry. She began her career at FSB International Bank plc as a Treasury Officer and furthered her career at Equitorial Trust Bank Ltd as a Deputy General Manager heading the Operations and Treasury Department between 1990 - 2001.

In 2008, Mrs Dosumu was appointed Treasurer of First Bank of Nigeria plc. She later joined the Board of Oceanic Bank International plc as an Executive Director in 2009 and served in that capacity until 2010 when she was appointed as Executive Director on the Board of Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), a role she held until 2015. 

Mrs. Dosumu holds a first degree in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Institute of Credit Administration. She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria and a Member of the Society for Corporate Governance.
