Mrs. Adeola Oyegbade Dosunmu has over thirty (30) years of professional experience in financial services, including 20 years with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. She has a proven track record in leadership, strategy execution, and business growth, with extensive expertise in Commercial, SME, and Retail banking, as well as Customer Service, Risk Management, and Operations. Her vast experience has equipped her with the skills and knowledge required to navigate the pension industry effectively, build strong
stakeholder relationships, and lead high-performing teams. She has successfully overseen a customer base exceeding 130,000, consistently meeting and surpassing departmental and regulatory deadlines,
demonstrating strong organizational and strategic leadership.

Mrs. Oyegbade holds a degree in French from the University of Lagos and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northampton. Additionally, she has earned a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership as well as a Special Executive Master’s in Business Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management. She also completed an Executive Education Program at the University of Michigan and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
