Mr Victor Silas is a seasoned portfolio manager with extensive experience in investment management. He has developed expertise in portfolio management, fixed-income trading, investment research, and investment strategy development. Victor has a proven track record of delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns across multi-portfolio structures. 

Mr Victor began his career in 2019 at Sigma Pensions Limited (now Access Pensions), working with the investment management team. Before joining GT Pension Managers, he served as a portfolio manager at ARM Pension Managers, where he was responsible for managing assigned investment portfolios. 

Mr Victor holds a degree in Insurance from the University of Benin (2018), where his dissertation focused on “The Role of Contributory Pension Scheme in the Economic Development of Nigeria.” An advocate for standard practices in investment management, he is currently pursuing certification from the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and is a candidate in the CFA program.
